Our Company's 2022 Transparency Report:
Since our Company is authorised by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (``POA``) to conduct audits except for Public Interest Entities (``PIEs``), our Company did not conduct a PIE audit in the 2022 accounting period. Therefore, our Company is not obliged to prepare a transparency report, publish it on its website and notify the Authority in accordance with Article 36 of the Independent Audit Regulation titled ``Preparation and announcement of transparency report``.
Our Company's 2021 Transparency Report:
Since our Company is authorised by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (``POA``) to conduct audits except for Public Interest Entities (``PIEs``), our Company did not conduct a PIE audit in the 2021 accounting period. Therefore, MKK is not obliged to prepare a transparency report, publish it on its website and notify the Agency in accordance with Article 36 of the Independent Auditing Regulation titled ``Preparation and announcement of transparency report``

Therefore, our Company is not obliged to prepare a transparency report, publish it on its website and notify the Authority in accordance with Article 36 of the Independent Audit Regulation titled ``Preparation and announcement of the transparency report``.
